FAQ

For mobile services, we’ll arrive expecting:

  • Plenty of space to perform your service
  • Permission to be on the property if you are not the owner
  • Safe conditions

Before we arrive:

  • Remove all personal items and valuables from the vehicle before we arrive. All items found in the car will be placed in a clear plastic bag and left in the car. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • Remove all car seats and booster seats.  When car seats are left installed, our technicians will do their best to clean around them, but your total satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.

We arrive with:

  • Power
  • Water
  • Supplies

What to expect:

  • Pet hair and sand – these are two of the toughest items to remove, especially with a standard vacuum service.  Total removal is not guaranteed; however we are typically successful at removing visual traces of both.
  • Windows – occasionally, depending on time and temp, windows may have a residual film.  Please allow the car to cool down and then take a micro fiber cloth and wipe the film off.
